The short version
- You can tell us not to use your information for advertising measurement and targeted advertising, and not to email you marketing.
- Write to [email protected] with “Do not sell or share” in the subject. You do not need an account or a reason.
- Unsubscribing from emails takes one click in any of them.
1. What you can switch off
- Advertising measurement and targeted advertising — the sharing with Meta described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy, which some U.S. state laws call “sale” or “sharing”.
- Marketing email — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works at once.
- Analytics — through your browser and the opt-outs in the Cookie Policy.
2. How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject Do not sell or share, from the address you use with us, or tell us which address the request is for. We act on it within 15 business days and confirm by email what we did:
- we stop sending your details to advertising platforms where we can identify you;
- we remove you from the advertising audiences we upload and from our marketing list if you ask;
- we tell you what remains outside our control — for example cookies already in your browser, which only you can clear.
Choosing this never changes your book, its price or our service.
