Your book arrives by email within 3 business days of your order, and usually sooner. If you can’t find yours:

• Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
• Confirm the email address you used at checkout
• Email us and we’ll resend it right away, at no charge

Common questions

• Need a correction? Send your order email and what should change.
• Ordering as a gift? Enter the recipient’s surname at checkout, then share the report once it arrives.
• Not satisfied? Our 30-Day Book Guarantee covers it: we correct your book, remake it, or exchange it once, at no charge. We don’t refund for a change of mind — we make it right instead.
