Your personalized heritage report and coat of arms arrive by email, usually within minutes of ordering. If you can’t find yours:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout
- Email us and we’ll resend it right away, at no charge
Common questions
- Need a correction? Send your order email and what should change.
- Ordering as a gift? Enter the recipient’s surname at checkout, then share the report once it arrives.
- Not satisfied? We’ll correct and revise your report until it’s right, at no charge — we don’t offer monetary refunds, we make it right instead.
