LINEAGE & HERITAGE STUDIO – REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

At Lineage & Heritage Studio, every order is a personalized digital product — a heritage report and coat of arms generated for your surname and delivered instantly by email. Because each report is custom-made for you and there is nothing to ship or return, we do not issue monetary refunds. Instead, we stand behind every order with our Corrections Guarantee: if anything isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

1. OUR CORRECTIONS GUARANTEE

We want you to be genuinely happy with your report. If it contains an error, has the wrong details, or isn’t what you expected, contact us and we’ll correct and revise it until it’s right — at no charge. There is no monetary refund, because there is no need for one: we make your report right instead.

2. PROBLEM WITH YOUR REPORT?

If your report contains an error, has the wrong details, or didn’t arrive, we’ll fix it right away at no cost.

To request a correction:

• Email us at support@lineageandheritage.com
• Tell us your order email and what isn’t right
• We’ll re-generate or re-send your corrected report — as many times as it takes to get it right

3. DIDN’T RECEIVE YOUR REPORT?

Your report is delivered to the email address entered at checkout, usually within minutes. If it hasn’t arrived, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first. Still missing? Email us and we’ll resend it immediately — at no charge.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Because reports are generated and delivered automatically and almost instantly after purchase, an order can’t be cancelled once your report has been created and sent. If you ordered by mistake or entered the wrong surname, contact us right away and we’ll re-generate the correct report for you at no charge under the Corrections Guarantee above.

5. NO MONETARY REFUNDS

As personalized digital products created specifically for you, our reports are non-refundable. We do not return payments to your card or account. What we promise instead is simple and unlimited: if your report isn’t right, we’ll keep correcting and revising it until you’re satisfied — and the report always remains yours to keep.
