Lineage & Heritage is a 100% digital service. Every order is delivered electronically — there is nothing to ship, and no physical item will ever arrive at your door.

1. HOW YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your personalized heritage report and coat of arms are generated automatically.
• Your report is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes.
• You also receive a private link to view, re-download, and revisit your report at any time.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases. During periods of high volume it may take up to a few hours. If your report has not arrived within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

3. DIDN’T RECEIVE YOUR REPORT?

• Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
